Generative Engine Optimization

Your clients aren't showing up in AI search.

GEOhelp fixes that. We handle the execution: content restructuring, schema, and citations. Your agency can then offer AI visibility without building the expertise in-house.

The problem

Every agency can track AI visibility. Almost none can improve it.

Tools like Otterly and Peec.ai are excellent at showing you the gap. They tell you exactly how often a client gets mentioned across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude. But measurement and improvement are different skills, and those platforms don't cover the execution side.

The execution is technically different from SEO. Improving AI visibility means restructuring content so LLMs can extract clean answers, deploying schema types that traditional SEO doesn't touch, and building the kind of third-party citations that language models treat as authoritative. Conflating GEO with Google ranking work produces no results.

And if you're a 4-person agency managing 15 clients, you don't have the bandwidth to build this muscle from scratch — especially when the discipline is still evolving month to month.

“Tracking is easy. Improving it is the hard part.”

Services

What GEOhelp does for your agency

Three ways to work together — from a one-off audit to full monthly execution.

Retainer

Monthly GEO Execution

One client slot per month. We run the full cycle: audit the prompts, identify what to fix, implement the changes, and report back with results your agency can hand straight to the client.

Covers content restructuring, schema deployment, citation outreach, and a monthly retest against the original query set.

One-off

GEO Audit

A snapshot of where one client stands across AI search. We test real prompts a buyer would type, score each result, and hand you a ranked list of what to fix first.

Output is a prioritised fix list your team can action internally, or hand back to us for execution.

Project

Agency Enablement

We build your team a GEO playbook they can actually follow: prompt templates, schema checklists, content restructuring frameworks, and a citation-building process.

Designed so a junior team member can run the process without needing to understand the theory behind every step.

How it works

How GEOhelp improves AI citation rates

Every engagement follows the same four-step cycle. No black-box methods — you see every change and why it was made.

01

Prompt Audit

We build a query set based on what your client's buyers actually ask AI, not generic keywords. Then we run each prompt across all major platforms and record what gets cited, mentioned, and missed.

02

Gap Analysis

We rank every gap by leverage. Structural gaps (content exists but LLMs can't extract it) require different fixes than authority gaps (no third-party corroboration). The distinction matters because the fix is different for each.

03

Execution

We rewrite content for extractability, deploy schema that makes entity relationships explicit, and build citations on sites LLMs already trust. Every change is documented.

04

Retest & Report

Same prompts, same platforms, measured the same way. The report shows what moved, what didn't, and what we target next. Formatted for your agency to forward directly to the client.

FAQ

Common questions about GEO execution

GEO targets how AI systems cite and surface your content, not how Google ranks it. Traditional SEO optimizes for crawlers and backlink signals. GEO optimizes for how large language models extract answers: content structure, entity clarity, schema specificity, and whether third-party sources corroborate your claims. The techniques overlap in places but the execution is fundamentally different.

ChatGPT (including Browse and SearchGPT), Perplexity AI, Google AI Overviews, and Microsoft Copilot. Each has different extraction and citation behaviours, so we test across all four and tailor fixes accordingly.

Structural and schema changes can start showing within 2–6 weeks. Citation frequency usually improves over a 2–3 month cycle. The timeline depends on the client's existing domain authority, how competitive the query space is, and whether the gaps are structural (fast to fix) or authority-based (slower, requires third-party citations).

No. We're fully white-label, so your client relationship stays yours.

One client slot. Each month: we audit 15+ prompts across all major AI platforms, identify the top three fixes ranked by expected impact, implement those fixes (content rewrites, schema changes, citation outreach), retest the same query set, and deliver a summary your agency can send to the client as-is.

The clearest signal: a competitor appears consistently in AI answers for industry queries and your client doesn't. If you're already tracking this in Otterly or Peec.ai and seeing low scores, GEO work is the execution layer that moves those numbers.
